Zillow Offers is Live in LA

Zillow Offers is now live and available to home sellers across a large portion of Southern California in portions of Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Zillow Offers is now available in 21 markets across the country, with Los Angeles as its largest market yet.

Through the Zillow Offers program, potential sellers will receive an initial cash offer from Zillow within 48 hours. If the Seller elects to accept the offer, a California licensed broker will assist customers during the sales transaction and the Seller may choose a date to move out. Sellers need not worry about updates, repairs or cleaning as Zillow makes necessary repairs and/or improvements prior to listing the home on the market.

Zillow says it has plans to expand the Zillow Offers program to Cincinnati, Jacksonville, Oklahoma City and Tucson by mid-2020.
