Opendoor "Up and Running" in Salt Lake City

Beginning on October 22, 2019, home sellers can now request an offer from Opendoor. Opendoor’s initial buying criteria in Salt Lake and Utah counties includes dwellings between $150,000 and $500,000 that were built after 1960. Parties who sell directly to Opendoor can determine their own closing date up to 60 days out.

Using the Opendoor app as a electronic key, potential buyers can tour for-sale homes from 6 am to 9 pm daily—no appointment or Agent is necessary.

With the launch of Salt Lake City, Opendoor operates in 21 markets across the country.
